Vintage Glass Wallpaper Pendants

While digging through some treasures at a Pennsylvania flea market I came across a few vintage wallpaper sample books from the 1970's and was dazzled by the intense colors and patterns of daisies, paisleys, stripes, and geometric shapes. It was fun turning the pages and imagining entire rooms covered with these dramatic and eye-popping designs. I decided that these papers were too pretty to sit in a closet so I got to work and started creating necklaces to showcase our past and bring new life to these forgotten papers. To make the necklace I sandwiched the wallpaper pieces between two pieces of glass and soldered the edges closed. Every necklace is two sided and each one is a one-of-a-kind treasure!
